- Once your order is received please allow 3 - 10 business days for us to process and ship your order; unless the specific product is made to order.
- Once your order has shipped we will provide you with a tracking number
- Please note that there may be a delay in viewing the status of your shipment. Please allow 2-3 days for the tracking number to update
- We cannot guarantee delivery on or before a specific date. Once we ship your order we cannot be responsible for delays that may occur at customs
- We offer shipping to Canada, USA, & United Kingdom. We can ship to the remaining countries but please contact email@example.com to get a shipping quote
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns or refunds on our goods.
If you receive a product that has a defect you must notify us in writing via email with 5 days. Please ensure you include your order number and details of the defect. Once your email has been reviewed we will contact you regarding a replacement only.
No returns accepted on our items as these are all custom orders.
