SHIPPING

  • Once your order is received please allow 3 - 10 business days for us to process and ship your order; unless the specific product is made to order.
  • Once your order has shipped we will provide you with a tracking number
  • Please note that there may be a delay in viewing the status of your shipment. Please allow 2-3 days for the tracking number to update
  • We cannot guarantee delivery on or before a specific date. Once we ship your order we cannot be responsible for delays that may occur at customs
  • We offer shipping to Canada, USA, & United Kingdom. We can ship to the remaining countries but please contact info@celebritylooks4less.com to get a shipping quote

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  • We do not cover your shipping costs back to us
  • We are happy to accept for return for any defective item that is still fitted with all tags and labels that is dispatched to us within 2 days of receipt by you. Please use USPS (for USA orders) and provide us with your tracking number. You must first notify us by email to inform us of your return within 1 day of receipt of your order. Your return is subject to a 25% restocking fee. All swimwear purchases are final. Please speak to customer service before returning any products for a return number and shipping address. We recommend to only ship with tracking (via USPS or Canada Post) and to get insurance coverage. We will not be responsible for any lost, damaged parcels or brokerage fees (duties, taxes, etc.). Please ensure that we receive the returned or exchanged items within 10 days or we reserve the right to reject your returned or exchanged item. After you dispatch your order to us, email info@celebritylooks4less.com with the tracking number. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in a rejected return and will be sent back to you
    • Please remember to indicate if you would like a refund or exchange. If you would like an exchange please remember to identify what item you would like in exchange
    • Any exchanged item is final sale

    EXCHANGES

    • We do not cover your shipping costs back to us
    • We are happy to accept an exchange for any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all tags and labels and that is dispatched to us within 2 days of receipt by you. You must provide us with a tracking number; we are not responsible for any lost parcels
    • Exchanges are subject to a 25% restocking fee
    • You may exchange for a different size or item, however all exchanges are based on stock availability
    • Generally exchanges take 2-5 working days to process plus the delivery time to your area
    • Any exchanged item is final sale

    REFUNDS

    • We are happy to accept a return for any defective item that is still fitted with all tags and labels that is dispatched to us within 2 days of receipt by you.     • Your payment will be credited back to the original purchaser’s Paypal account. If the item is a SALE item, this would be a final sale
    • We do not cover shipping costs back to us
    • Returns for refund are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item however; card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this
    • Store credit refunds will be available immediately after 2-3 days processing and come in the form of a code
    • All swimwear purchases are final sale. 
    • Orders that are not picked up from your post office within 5 days will be returned to us, at this point we will not offer a refund or exchange on the shipment. However, we will reship the item at the buyer's expense (buyer will pay shipping fee)
