Shipping & Returns
- Once your order is received please allow 3 - 10 business days for us to process and ship your order; unless the specific product is made to order.
- Once your order has shipped we will provide you with a tracking number
- Please note that there may be a delay in viewing the status of your shipment. Please allow 2-3 days for the tracking number to update
- We cannot guarantee delivery on or before a specific date. Once we ship your order we cannot be responsible for delays that may occur at customs
- We offer shipping to Canada, USA, & United Kingdom. We can ship to the remaining countries but please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to get a shipping quote
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Our previous policy allowed for customers to return or exchange. Customers would need to pay for postage to return to us and pay a 25% restocking fee. Each exchange/return has resulted in parcels being lost or seized at customs. Each time we have refunded clients or sent a new product at our cost. Then we have the unreasonable customsers who will not pay for their return shipping and want to keep the product and still get a full refund. To eliminate the hassle, we have decided to no longer accept returns or exchanges. All items purchased from us will be final sale. No exchanges permitted because we do not recieve the items. We would love to exchange, but we cannot receive your items due to parcels easily going missing en route to us. Please do not order from us if you’re not comfortable with our policy.
